Unlike other exercise Yoga works from the inside out. Asana practise works the entire body. The endocrine system, adrenal system, muscular skeletal system, respiratory, nervous system and can help to calm the mind and help to reduce blood pressure, whilst increasing your flexibility.

Yoga is proven to reduce stress levels, bring us into the calming parasympathetic nervous system, and balance the hormones.
Here at Las Dunas we highly encourage, laughter, acceptance, a willingness to try, know you are a beautiful being & you are already enough.
Our Retreats are small & therefore if you feel self conscious you are not alone, everyone else will to. Safety also comes in small numbers.
