Qualifications:  200 Hour, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training India, 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training India, accredited & registered with the IYF, Yoga Alliance accredited.  Over 11,000 teaching hours. 

Yoga Styles:  Classical Hatha, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga.  Guided Meditation & Chakra Balance work. 

Menopause Expert Chamption: Accredited to teach Yoga for Menopasue support.
